The Homeland Security Front has announced, by publishing its campaign regulations, that it will be committed to respecting human rights, Islamic values, and human dignity during the campaign.

The front announced on Tuesday, 26th of Asad, that its campaign regulations will be in three parts:

Chapter 20 has been compiled and includes general principles, fundamental values, rules of conduct on the battlefield, and methods for dealing with member violations.

According to this regulation, the Homeland Army Front is committed to observing social justice, civil rights, and protecting

It protects the lives, property, honor, and dignity of citizens.

The document also emphasizes that civilians will not be targeted in military operations and that the destruction of public facilities, including hospitals, educational centers, and water and electricity networks, will be prevented.

The front added that prisoners of war will be treated in accordance with international conventions and humanitarian principles, and any torture, threats, or degrading treatment of them is prohibited.

The Homeland Front also reaffirms its adherence to the four Geneva Conventions and other relevant international covenants.

It has emphasized that protecting prisoners, the wounded, civilians, journalists, and aid workers, prohibiting torture, preventing hostage-taking, and protecting cultural heritage are universally accepted values.
